The 30, 60 and 90-day view shows how recently the wider workforce has worked, using the most recent shift date in the staff snapshot. 30 days indicates the highly active workforce, 60 days shows broader operational engagement, and 90 days shows the retained workforce still recently deployable. Anyone with no recorded shift in the last 90 days is treated as the true dormant population for review.
